Pennywise's ability to manipulate and terrify its victims, coupled with its supernatural powers, make it a more frightening character compared to Ronald McDonald. **

To remove black acrylic paint from a canvas, you can try using a mixture of water and mild soap to gently scrub the affected area. Another method is to use rubbing alcohol or acetone on a cotton swab to dab at the paint until it starts to lift off. Be cautious not to scrub too hard or use harsh chemicals that could damage the canvas. It may take some time and patience, but with gentle and careful effort, you should be able to remove the black acrylic paint from the canvas. **

When painting with acrylic paints on a black canvas, it's important to first apply a layer of white or light-colored paint as a base coat. This will help the colors of the acrylic paints to stand out and appear more vibrant against the dark background. Once the base coat is dry, you can then proceed to paint as you normally would with acrylics, using a variety of techniques such as layering, blending, and dry brushing to create your desired effects. It's also important to use opaque acrylic paints to ensure that the colors show up well on the black canvas. **

Ronald Reagan is seen more negatively in Germany due to his strong anti-communist stance and his administration's confrontational approach towards the Soviet Union during the Cold War. Many Germans, especially those in the former East Germany, view Reagan's policies as contributing to the division of their country and the perpetuation of the Cold War tensions. Additionally, Reagan's decision to deploy Pershing II missiles in West Germany as part of the NATO response to Soviet SS-20 missiles further fueled anti-Reagan sentiment in the country. Overall, Reagan's foreign policy decisions and his role in the Cold War have left a lasting negative impression on many Germans. **
